Powder coating

Powder coating is an electrostatic process in which powder is applied to metal parts with a spray gun. Before coating, all parts are cleaned in our chemical degreasing installation.

After the powder is applied, the parts are heated to 200°C in the curing oven. During this process, the powder is baked in and obtains the desired quality.

We can coat parts with a maximum length of 240 cm.

Powder coating is available in a wide variety of colours. Depending on the type of powder, the finish can be glossy, matte, or with a specific texture.
