Sheet metal bending

Waterschoot Metalworks provides custom sheet metal bending in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. With our CNC-controlled 6-axis press brake, we produce accurately bent components, from one-off parts and prototypes to larger production runs.

Our press brake has a bending length of up to 3,100 mm and a pressing force of 135 tonnes. Thanks to its 6-axis CNC control, even more complex parts can be produced accurately and consistently.

For parts that require both laser cutting and bending, our sheet laser and press brake are integrated within the same digital workflow. From the same 3D model, both the flat pattern for laser cutting and the bending program can be prepared. This enables efficient production, reduces programming time and helps minimise errors.

After laser cutting and bending, parts can be further processed in our own workshop, for example by welding, assembly or powder coating. This allows us to supply both individual sheet metal components and fully finished products.

The maximum sheet thickness depends on the material, bending length and required geometry. For specific applications, we are happy to assess the technical possibilities.
