Wire bending

Waterschoot Metalworks specialises in automatic 2D and 3D wire bending. We produce custom wire products in steel and stainless steel, ranging from simple bent wire parts to complex three-dimensional shapes.

Our CNC-controlled wire bending machines can accurately and consistently form wire with diameters from 3 to 6 mm, making them suitable for both smaller batches and larger production runs.

For 2D wire forms, straight wire lengths can be automatically fed and bent. For more complex 3D shapes, we process wire directly from coil. Depending on the product, several operations can be combined.

Bent wire parts can be supplied as semi-finished products or further processed in our own workshop, for example by spot welding, welding, assembly or powder coating.
