Tube and profile laser cutting

Waterschoot Metalworks provides precision laser cutting for tubes and profiles in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. With our tube laser, we produce parts directly from tube and profile, from one-off pieces and prototypes to larger production runs.

Thanks to the automatic loading of tubes and profiles, larger quantities can also be processed efficiently and consistently. The machine automatically feeds the material and processes different parts directly from standard stock lengths, reducing manual handling and improving efficiency in series production.

In addition to simple cut-offs, we can laser-cut contours, holes, cut-outs and connections directly into the material. This allows several traditional machining operations to be combined or avoided.

We process round, square and rectangular tubes, and we also have capabilities for more complex profiles such as U-sections, I-sections and other open profiles. For round tube, the processing range is from Ø10 to Ø120 mm. For other profiles, feasibility depends on the shape, dimensions, material and wall thickness.

After laser cutting, parts can be further processed in our own workshop, for example by bending, rolling, welding, assembly or powder coating.
